Decaffeinato Ad Acqua

A blend of 100% Arabica Coffee, where the removal of caffeine is done using the "Swiss water process" method, in which the green beans are first immersed in hot water to dissolve their oil components, and then passed through activated carbon filters several times to bind the caffeine.

The coffee beans are immersed again in the water that remains from this process (green coffee extract), so that they can reabsorb the components of their oils and all the flavor characteristics that have remained in it, such as the sweet notes of citrus and chocolate.
