Ένα blend από 100% Arabica Coffee, όπου η απομάκρυνση της καφείνης γίνεται με την μέθοδο "swiss water process" κατά την οποία οι πράσινοι κόκκοι βυθίζονται καταρχάς σε καυτό νερό, ώστε να διαλυθούν σε αυτό τα συστατικά των ελαίων τους και στη συνέχεια περνάει από φίλτρα ενεργού άνθρακα, αρκετές φορές, ώστε να δεσμευθεί η καφείνη. Στο νερό που παραμένει από αυτή τη διαδικασία (green coffee extract) βυθίζονται πάλι οι κόκκοι του καφέ, ώστε να απορροφήσουν εκ νέου τα συστατικά των ελαίων τους και όλα τα γευστικά χαρακτηριστικά που έχουν παραμείνει σε αυτό, όπως οι γλυκιές νότες εσπεριδοειδών και σοκολάτας.
